PetroLedger uses access controls appropriate for a private operational platform, including authorized-user accounts, password protection, email verification, encrypted sessions, role-based permissions, facility-scoped access, and security audit records.
Recognize legitimate access
- The public site is https://petroledgersystems.com.
- Official secure application sign-in is https://app.petroledgersystems.com/login.
- Do not enter a PetroLedger password or one-time code on any other hostname.
- PetroLedger messages never ask users to reply with a password or verification code.
Report a concern
Forward suspicious PetroLedger messages or report a security concern to reports@petroledgersystems.com. Include the full URL and the name of the security product that displayed the warning, but do not include passwords, one-time codes, or private operational records.
Responsible handling
Potential vulnerabilities should be reported privately and must not be tested against operational data or other users. PetroLedger will review credible reports and coordinate remediation.
