These Terms govern access to PetroLedger Systems. By accessing or using PetroLedger, you agree to these Terms and any policies established by your authorized organization or facility.
Authorized operational use
PetroLedger is intended for authorized operational, inspection, maintenance, work-control, notification, reporting, and recordkeeping activities. Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, follow assigned permissions, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Operational responsibility
PetroLedger supports—but does not replace—site procedures, professional judgment, regulatory requirements, emergency response instructions, equipment manuals, permits, or required supervisory review. Users remain responsible for verifying field conditions and following applicable requirements before acting.
SMS messaging terms
After a user enters a mobile number, expressly checks the SMS-consent box, saves the profile, and verifies the number, PetroLedger may send one-time verification codes and recurring operational messages. Messages may include inspection, maintenance, calendar, safety, compliance, assignment, and review reminders.
- Message frequency varies based on assigned events and account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email reports@petroledgersystems.com.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS participation is governed by the PetroLedger Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Records and signatures
Entries, approvals, electronic acknowledgments, and stored signatures may become part of a controlled audit record. Users must not falsify, backdate, impersonate another person, or alter information outside authorized correction workflows.
Availability and changes
PetroLedger may be updated, suspended, or limited for maintenance, security, compliance, or operational reasons. Features and these Terms may change; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. PetroLedger Systems is not responsible for decisions made without required field verification, supervision, or compliance with governing procedures. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
